Your day starts by scrolling through some reel videos, liking your crush's current photos(Oh! god she's or he's so hot!!),by watching some
negative and political news, and hence, you are filled up with tons of content that you do not want to continue your daily schedule, like
meditation, exercising, or reading a book. Because-, you got your dopamine hit by just scrolling your messed up feed in different social
media apps. I think this is the common routine of every adult or teenager in today's time. So, in this article, we are going to learn how

Did you check your phone at that time?-, If the answer is No, then start playing that game again over time you use your phone. Take small steps, and do not panic more about it because if you think more about it then you will feel agitated and frustrated and at that moment you will use your phone more than in your previous history. So, be mindful and know of your habits and enjoy your life to the fullest.
